Refund policy

At Serena Beauty  Store, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns  
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items  
Due to hygiene reasons, certain items such as opened or used nail products cannot be returned.

Refunds  
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs  
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items  
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos).
